YPN- Networking at Rumor Nightclub

NETWORKING, YPN

Thursday, February 16, 2012
6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Program

Rumor Nightclub
1500 Sansom Street
Philadelphia, PA 19102
Join YPN at Rumor Nightclub to welcome Mary Stengel Austen, President and CEO of Tierney Communications.

As a member of the Chamber's Executive Committee, Ms. Austen will discuss the Chamber's highest-priority goals for the upcoming year. The Executive Committee is responsible for overseeing the business operations of the Chamber, as well as approving the strategic objectives of the Chamber and all major policy decisions with respect to the Chamber’s position on matters of interest to the regional business community.

In addition, YPN will also kick off its annual fundraising campaign for the Summer Internships program. Attendees can make donations towards the program at the event or online, and donations go directly towards supporting an internship position.

Attendees can also purchase raffle tickets to win a meal with GPCC President and CEO Rob Wonderling; a Washington, D.C. tour package for four which includes tours of the United States Capitol Building, Capitol Visitors Center, Kennedy Center, Supreme Court Building, Library of Congress and more; or a two-hour “flight experience” for four at Lockheed Martin’s Fighter Demonstration Center in Arlington, VA, where you will have the opportunity to “fly” the F-35 Lightning II and F-22 Raptor cockpit demonstrators.

Each internship position costs employers $1,671. Last year, YPN was able to fund two paid internship positions through donations made by YPN members. Help us fund even more this year!
